This is a 4 day/6 week program focusing on technique work, accessory & GPP. The accessory work has a heavy emphasize on upper body. Conditioning days are mainly cardio/active recovery. Squats do not have a heavy priority within this cycle although you will be testing near the end. Your lifts are kept power to enforce an aggressive third pull under the bar with one EMOM day per week of full lifts to dial in consistency. This program will have you moving fast and looking better!
