This 9 Week Cycle is a 3 day Weight Lifting 2 Day Powerlifting Split with ample accessory work to balance out all those smaller muscle groups. The first 3 weeks consist of Hypertrophy based training for both WL and PL.  Powerlifting is comprised of competition bench and deadlifts leading you up to peak and test in both throughout the 9 weeks. The Weightlifting takes a complex approach on the first 3 weeks leading into increased volume for the remainder ending with EMOM consistency. You will test your Back Squat, Front Squat, Snatch, Clean & Jerk, Bench and Deadlift. This is a full hybrid program with one day of conditioning mid week to keep your cardio in check.
